There are many types of cookies in the bakery field. One of the most loved cookies are chocolate chip cookies. The following is the procedure to make a perfect cookie.

• Firstly, it is very important for the butter to be at room temperature for a proper mix.
• Secondly, all the dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder should be mixed together properly. An accurate amount of flour should be measured. To make a healthy cookie all purpose flour can be interchanged with wheat flour.
• Thirdly, it is not compulsory to add eggs but eggs give flavour to the dough.
• Fourthly, mix all the dry ingredients with wet.
• Additionally, mix a lot of chocolate chips or nuts in the dough.
• Following, give desirable shapes to the cookies and garnish them with extra chocolate chips.
• Lastly, bake the cookies and cool them off.
