सबसे पहले नाम आता है Tom and Jerry का। यह शो बिना ज्यादा डायलॉग के भी पूरी दुनिया में मशहूर हो गया। इसमें बिल्ली और चूहे की मजेदार लड़ाई बच्चों और बड़ों दोनों को बहुत पसंद आती थी।
दूसरा बहुत लोकप्रिय शो है Scooby-Doo। इसमें एक डॉग और उसके दोस्तों की टीम रहस्यमयी मामलों को सुलझाती थी। इसका मिस्ट्री और कॉमेडी कॉम्बिनेशन काफी मजेदार था।
Dexter's Laboratory भी 90s के बच्चों के लिए काफी खास शो था। इसमें एक छोटा सा जीनियस लड़का अपनी सीक्रेट लैब में अलग-अलग एक्सपेरिमेंट करता था और उसकी बहन हमेशा उसे परेशान करती रहती थी।

Pokémon भी 90s का सबसे बड़ा ग्लोबल कार्टून ट्रेंड था। इसमें पिकाचू और ऐश की एडवेंचर जर्नी बच्चों को बहुत पसंद आती थी और यह आज भी नए एपिसोड्स के साथ लोकप्रिय है।
भारत में उस समय Motu Patlu जैसा शो नहीं था (यह बाद में आया), लेकिन 90s में डब होकर आने वाले कई इंटरनेशनल कार्टून बच्चों के बीच बहुत मशहूर थे।
