पर्सनल लोन पर आमतौर पर 10% से 24% तक ब्याज लगता है, जो व्यक्ति की आय, क्रेडिट स्कोर और चुने गए बैंक पर निर्भर करता है। जिन लोगों का क्रेडिट स्कोर अच्छा होता है, उन्हें कम ब्याज दर पर लोन मिल जाता है, जबकि कम स्कोर वालों को ज्यादा ब्याज देना पड़ता है। इसके अलावा, आपकी नौकरी की स्थिरता और मासिक आय भी ब्याज दर तय करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। अलग-अलग बैंक अपनी नीतियों के अनुसार अलग ब्याज दर ऑफर करते हैं। इसलिए लोन लेने से पहले विभिन्न बैंकों की तुलना करना जरूरी होता है, ताकि आपको सबसे कम ब्याज दर और बेहतर शर्तों वाला विकल्प मिल सके।

बिल्कुल सही बात कही आपने, ground reality काफी अलग होती है।

मेरे साथ भी कुछ ऐसा ही हुआ था। शुरू में मैंने ads देखकर सोचा था कि मुझे भी 10–12% के आसपास loan मिल जाएगा, लेकिन जब apply किया तो offered rate उससे काफी ज्यादा था क्योंकि मेरा CIBIL उतना strong नहीं था। तब समझ आया कि जो lowest rates दिखते हैं, वो हर किसी के लिए नहीं होते।

और NBFCs या loan apps में तो convenience के बदले interest और भी ज्यादा हो जाता है, जो बाद में EMI में महसूस होता है।

इसलिए अब मैं भी यही मानता हूँ कि interest rate पूरी तरह आपकी profile, income stability और credit score पर depend करता है। Ads को देखकर expectation बनाना थोड़ा risky हो सकता है।

इस स्तर पर, मेरी राय हैं कि आपको पूरी जानकारी लेने के लिए प्रैक्टिकल नॉलेज का होना चाहिए। मैं ये नहीं कह रहा हूं कि आप 18 साल का या उससे भी कम उम्र है तो कोई व्यवसाय नहीं करना चाहिए। ऐसे भी बिज़नेस मैनो की सफलता की कहानियां हैं जिन्होंने अपनी किशोरावस्था में व्यवसाय शुरू किया| लेकिन, अब समय अलग है और जल्दी क्या है? आपने अच्छी शुरुआत की है और आपने ज्ञान प्राप्त कर लिया है। तो अब अपने आप को कुछ और अधिक समय दें और BCA और MCA करें और मुझे लगता है कि इन कोर्सेस से आपको भविष्य में बहुत मदद मिलेगी| यह आपको एक अच्छा बेस बनाने में मदद करेंगे| हम यहां सफल लोगों की कहानियों को नहीं लेते हैं। ऐसे कई मामले हैं जहां लोगों को शुरुआत में निराश भी मिली हैं| इसलिए शुरू में आपको बहुत कष्ट और मेहनत करनी पड़ेगी| इसलिए आप अपने आपको अभी सिर्फ तैयार करें। ठीक है, अगर आपको शुरू करना है लेकिन रिस्क भी बहुत हैं क्योंकि कुछ लोगो ने आपको जवाब दिया है, कि आपके पास नुकसान को झेलने के लिए धन है या नहीं?

लोग कहते हैं कि पर्सनल लोन का ब्याज 10–15% होता है, लेकिन ground reality अलग है। ज्यादातर लोगों को इतना कम rate नहीं मिलता, खासकर अगर आपका CIBIL average है। NBFCs और apps अक्सर 18%–30% तक charge करते हैं, जो काफी high है। Ads में low interest दिखाया जाता है, लेकिन वो सिर्फ select users के लिए होता है। इसलिए blindly “low interest loan” पर भरोसा करना गलत है। असल में आपको वही rate मिलता है जो आपकी profile justify करती है।
