पर्सनल लोन लेने से पहले EMI कैलकुलेट करना बहुत जरूरी होता है। जब मैं लोन लेने की सोच रहा था, तब मैंने पहले ऑनलाइन EMI कैलकुलेटर का उपयोग किया। मैंने उसमें लोन की राशि, ब्याज दर और समय अवधि डाली, जिससे मुझे तुरंत पता चल गया कि हर महीने कितनी किस्त देनी होगी।

इससे मुझे अपने बजट को समझने में आसानी हुई और मैंने उसी हिसाब से लोन लिया। अगर EMI ज्यादा लगती, तो मैं प्लान बदल देता।

मेरे अनुसार, पहले से EMI जान लेना सही निर्णय लेने में बहुत मदद करता है।

लोग सोचते हैं EMI calculator से exact amount पता चल जाता है, लेकिन ये पूरी तरह accurate नहीं होता। Online calculators सिर्फ basic estimate देते हैं, उसमें processing fee, insurance या hidden charges शामिल नहीं होते। Real EMI थोड़ा अलग हो सकता है। कई बार lenders अलग method से calculation करते हैं, जिससे amount बढ़ जाता है। इसलिए सिर्फ calculator पर depend करना risky है। Actual EMI समझने के लिए loan agreement details देखना ज्यादा जरूरी होता है, जो लोग अक्सर ignore कर देते हैं।

आपकी बात काफी हद तक सही है, खासकर ये कि EMI calculator सिर्फ एक estimate देता है और लोग अक्सर बाकी charges को ignore कर देते हैं।

मेरे साथ भी कुछ ऐसा ही हुआ था। मैंने online EMI calculate करके सोचा था कि monthly payment manage हो जाएगी, लेकिन बाद में processing fee और कुछ extra charges add होने से overall cost बढ़ गई। EMI तो same रही, लेकिन total repayment ज़्यादा हो गया।

लेकिन एक चीज मैं थोड़ा अलग सोचता हूँ, EMI calculators फिर भी useful होते हैं planning के लिए। कम से कम आपको एक rough idea मिल जाता है कि loan लेना feasible है या नहीं।

बस जरूरी ये है कि final decision लेने से पहले loan agreement और सभी charges अच्छे से check कर लिए जाएं। तभी actual picture clear होती है।

पर्सनल लोन की EMI (मासिक किस्त) निकालना आसान है अगर आप इसे सरल तरीके से समझें। EMI वह राशि होती है जो आपको हर महीने बैंक को चुकानी होती है। यह तीन चीजों पर निर्भर करती है—लोन की रकम, ब्याज दर और समय (कितने महीनों के लिए लोन लिया है)।

मान लीजिए आपने ₹1,00,000 का लोन लिया है, ब्याज 12% सालाना है और समय 12 महीने है। बैंक इस हिसाब से हर महीने एक तय राशि (EMI) बनाता है, जिसमें थोड़ा हिस्सा मूल रकम का और थोड़ा ब्याज का होता है।

आप खुद कैलकुलेशन करने की बजाय ऑनलाइन EMI कैलकुलेटर का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। बस रकम, ब्याज और समय डालें, और तुरंत आपकी EMI पता चल जाएगी।
